We started a new project in Auckland in February. It’s been 4 years in the making but we finally won the contract to install all the ventilation fans and dampers in the new underground rail tunnels. The project consists of us installing 12 x 10ton fans, 24 x attenuators, fabricating and installing 24 x transition ducts 28 x motorised control dampers and 288 x sliding plate and volume control dampers throughout the rail system. We will see the project through to its completion with some very tricky rigging and engineering installation works to be achieved. Our Engineering will ensure all the transition ducts are fabricated and delivered in time. This is what we would call the perfect project for ISS, as it brings together multiple in-house disciplines.
